Cancellation Policy for Kickstarter Calls

We understand that sometimes schedules change unexpectedly. If you miss your scheduled 30-minute Kickstarter call, you have one more opportunity to rebook.

Here’s how it works:

1. Missed Call: If you do not show up for your scheduled Kickstarter call, we will offer you one more chance to rebook the call.

2. Rebooking: You will receive an email with instructions on how to reschedule your call. Please make sure to book a new time that works for you.

3. Rebooking Window: If you fail to attend the rescheduled call, you have up to 30 days from the date of your original booking to rebook the call. If you do not rebook and attend the call within this period, the service will be considered forfeited and no longer available.
